So I bought that grade 3 which was advertised on the members only forum which was auctioned on GB. It is exactly as described and in actually better shape than the images showed. Like the gun and purchased at what I believe is a fair price.

Were there many grade 3s that didn't have the duck engravings on the right side plate as another I have does? This gun appears to have quail on the left and snipe on the right.

Another thing is this gun is not an actual ejector gun. The frame is not marked as so and the forearm is also not from an ejector. The barrels are from an ejector and marked as such 2e. The barrels also lack a joint check which the receiver is machined for. Would I be better off finding a new set of non ejector joint check barrels for this gun? Unsure if I will restore however I will go through and make right which is wrong.
