Hello Steve, Your LCS roller check type SXS shotgun is working perfectly..... When you open your LCS the shells are extracted ..... You pull out your empty or fired hulls .... you put in 2 fresh shotgun shells and push them all the way in, all the way down, all the way in to the chambers and now you can close your LCS without fear of damaging the tips of the firing pins ...... there should be 2 slots or ramps in the extractor that guide the tips of the firing pins back in to the frame in to the ready position .... posted by Jent.
