Tom Armbrust is the man you want to speak with about loaded 8 gauge shells.815-451-6649. My understanding is the Winchester ammunition plant that makes the hulls has had production difficulties due to covid. Reloading is your best option in my opinion. Tom can also help you with that if you decide to go that route.
