Club Patch....

If you follow the Parker Gun Collectors page you might have noticed a long running thread about the jacket patch I've slowly had created. It's a gorgeous thing and I'm very pleased with how they finally turned out. Would there be any interest here in my creating one related to L.C. Smith? It would say L.C. Smith Gun Club, nothing about the collectors group, so as not to step on any toes. The idea is to have something reminiscent of the old gun club patches from the 20s and 30s. The problem with them is they're expensive. The Parker ones come in at around $65 each shipped. They're essentially hand made, run on old single head chainstitch looms by a small company here in the USA. All 100% wool just like the originals, all Made in America. I need 15 guys to speak up and say they're interested, that's the minimum order to get the best price. If we get that then I'll more forward with creating a design and having a prototype run. The Parker one is 10 inches across, a big impressive showy patch for sure.
