Looking for forend info on twin barrel 30 " 12 ga.

Hi all, I'm new to the old gun restoration thing. I recently picked up a nice twin barrel hammer cocking L.C.Smith shotgun. It is old and in not so bad of condition. The only problem is, it is missing the forend. This is an auto ejector so I am looking for the compleat forend. I don't mind carving the wood part but have no idea what forend latch this particular model uses. The serial number is 127290F. The barrels and the lower are matched with both numbers. Can any one tell me what parts I would need to reproduce this forend? Or even better have one for sale? Please and thank you. Also, iny info on what type of shot gun this is and when it may have been made would be greatly appreciated. Best to you all.
