I have expressed my feelings several times on this forum about my highest regard for you, your knowledge, your skills and unbounded willingness to help anyone who needs your assistance. You may recall my initial concerns after purchasing an 1885 LCS Syracuse hammer gun 12 gauge. After showing it to you at the Southern SxS a few years ago, you encouraged me to see Jent about some small barrel dents, which he fixed that same day. Later you made me a custom sized firing pin when a regular one didn’t work. You will be glad to know that I the last restoration piece will be finished soon when I get back my refinished Damascus barrels back with the black & white pattern bluing done. Your gentle encouragement has been appreciated every step of the way.
