Have you been able to have the donor barrels in hand, or is that possible? If so, will they fit sloppily on your gun, or will they "not quite" make up to your receiver? If they will sloppily snap on to your receiver, then micro-welding build-up and subsequent machining will be necessary to get them to work safely on your receiver (Expensive!). If they seem to be "Just a tad" to big to snap onto your receiver, but the barrel hook will smoothly slide into the receiver, then probably all that's needed is some educated and judicious filing to get them home.
Bear in mind that a perfectly "on-face" fit is pretty unlikely, even under the best of circumstances, but a shootable, safe, back in the game, gun can be achieved, for relatively low coin if no material build-up is required. Good luck, and email me directly if I you have additional questions. john*northstarconstructioncorp.com.
