Lots more options today Jamie. For clays, I use the B&P 7/8 oz. Competition One in my 12g; RST 3/4 oz 2 1/2" in my 2 9/16" chamber 16g damascus 1906 OE.
The H&H load is listed here, but again the speed and pressure is apparently a secret
