ya the bf2042 trailer was pretty sweet, basically CG'd all the sweetass tricks people done over the years. i loved bf42, that game was so revolutionary when it released. i didn't even remember it had an xpac! i had to look up road to rome, and that jimmy story ROFL it does ring a bell but i had forgotten about it. you ever talk/game with him anymore? i haven't in probably 10 years
sc2 coop is fun and chill. i've played a bit with Ann, and i'll play with kyle victor a lot and some with johnny young.
I may have played a couple of comps, saw how bad I was, and then hid.
And I've never been a good loser. Not in the sense that I win, at all, ever. But more so in the sense that I make it unpleasant for the victors to vanquish me by whining about it a lot.
In my defense, there was a new PUBG map that the friends and I played for like a week. Then there was that open beta of left 4 blood -- or whatever it's called. It was okay but not great.
Sort of looking forward to battlefield 2-billionwhatever. The first two in the series were excellent, 1942, bf2 (Remember those? Remember buying "Road to Rome" expansion and Jimmy buying the "Chicken Live-rs" on the way back from Best Buy? Good times). I am assuming that the last 12 in the series were a blip and they'll get back to good, creative, open-ish-world-ish fun this time around. And that they'll let old people win.
OK, I'll get on bnet within the fortnight.
- Unless bf2042 beta opens. Then we should all take out a small loan to play that.
- Or unless the world does end. In which case I will also not do it due to death or lack of sufficient infrastructure.
