The link for their fraudulent Canadian sales is:
When contacted about the fraud Amazon.com basically told me to take a leap!
I know that only 10 copies of the original cd were ever provided to Cdbaby.com. They probably duplicated cds and sold them world wide but their legal dept. sent me an e-mail saying they sold none.
This fraud is easy to prove and I suspect this is corporate policy so be warned that Amazon.com is likely selling counterfeit used cds of your music as well. All you have to do for proof is order a used cd and compare it to the original copy. The duplicate will be produced differently because they are copying internet photos and using printable blank cds.
These corporations are making millions off counterfeit cds and getting away with it by selling just a few counterfeits of each artists cds.
Just a warning. I don't think that we can do anything about it because the FBI IC3 unit won't do anything.
The criminal theft of my music by Spotify.com and others is one reason I quit writing and distributing my music. It was just a hobby to me anyway and I never received payment from Cdbaby.com so I canned them and revoked the right of anyone to sell my music. So now they sell fraudulent copies as used.
