1995 Sealed Victorian Barbie Dream House

Hello everyone I’m Natalie. I have been trying to find some help with this item and I think I’m a little in over my head. My aunt had passed and this was in her attic. Being a young lady of the 80’s I loved my Barbie but this was a little after my time and I know it’s looks pretty rare. I want to let it go so it can be enjoyed by someone who will love it instead of just a random flipper. Any thoughts on a value or any information would be so much help.

Thank you. I saw that one but it was pre owned and open box. This one is factory tape sealed and the box is 9/10. It just feels a little special compared to what I saw. I just want to make sure it makes it to the right hands. I don’t think there are many left in this condition outside of a private collection.
