Some version of a She-Ra Barbie has been confirmed by A Plastic Tan on Instagram. This is their photo.

Word has it that Mattel rushed this doll to their warehouse to beat the tariffs. There is a distinct possibility she will not be available for re-order if you miss out the first time.

As to tariffs. Managed to get this out of a Michael's employee...1) they are installing fabric cutting counters,but she didn't know when they were getting fabric. 2) they just raised prices on 25,000 items. Seriously 25,000 items in the store...that is just about everything. From my recollection of prices on some items are in the 30% range raises.
3) the $-3$ items are gone from the front checkout area...so no more inexpensive basics.

I hope I'll be able to get one, my daughter was a huge fan of She-Ra Princess of Power.
