Ebays policy to Make An Offer>>

I havent used ebay in a bit so I was stunned to see how complicated it is to make an offer. You have to put in your Paypal info before the make an offer will go through. Its insulting. I feel like the card shaop who has to show his money before he can join the poker game.

It surprised me the first time I encountered this, but I will only offer when I really want the item

I have had buyers who won and then didn't pay/buy. Very frustrating.and waste of time.

Wow, didn't know they did that. Guess that is how I get paid so fast when I accept the offers.
