I have no idea who she started out as, but this lady has a Mattel stamp on her head mold so she's good to go!

I found her last fall on eBay for a steal. Her gown is fully beaded and she's super, super heavy. Just another strange OOAK for my collection.

Great dramatic look. Love the beading on her gown and the necklace is amazing.
