Every Barbie collector needs to read this book. Mine arrived yesterday so I just started it last night, however, it is a great history of our hobby and those pioneers who wrote the first collecting books, started conventions, etc. There are so many new collectors who are totally clueless what it was like in the early days before the internet, eBay, etc. Plus there is lots of other information about dolls and collectors. It's available on amazon and I'm sure he'll be selling it at convention too.

Neat resource--I remember the early days--fun memories!

I love that he covers early conventions.

Once I really get moving on my convention doll ID book, I'm really going to have to lean on Bob for info on the early years.
