Is the outfit handmade? Or, did you get the Fashion Avenue giftset - I don't think so, given that I recall it was only Kelly and Barbie and this Skipper looks a bit larger than Kelly.

Those are Best Buy outfits from the 70's--Skipper in 9in tall so a lot bigger than Kelly :)
