Hey Margie, They were selling these type of German Malibu Heads on Ebay around the time Sandy Holder went to the auction. I saw them in an issue of Barbie Bazaar??? but for the life of me I can't remember if it was at that auction Toy loan Program or when Japanese Malibu Francie was featured for Malibu's 30th in 2001 issue??

Thanks. The other Japanese heads were pre-Toy Loan. msg

I bought a Japanese Skipper head from Marl at the Hoosier Favorite Doll mini convention in the 1990s.
