It says he brings alot of experience. But shouldnt he have experience with dolls?? not magazines. Mattel has appointed Roger Lynch—currently CEO of Condé Nast and a Mattel board member since 2018—as its new CEO and chairman, effective October 2, 2026, with the CEO role commencing no later than November 2, 2026.
