For many of us, this is a solemn day, one marked with memories we can't (and shouldn't) forget. Each of us has our stories. Our memories. Our own way of dealing with the experience.
For me the day has a complex history in ways that I can't fully describe. I won't even try. My position within the media that day was unique. I did what I was asked without question. It was a job I never want to be asked to do again.
To that end, tomorrow's banner will be one single photo honoring the lives lost that day.
On Saturday, we'll return to the regular banner.
Tomorrow you can post what you like - dolls, memories, stories, your newest Barbie find. All of that will be acceptable. No questions asked.
