I had great fun with this townhouse for $6.99..gifted from my kids. Used it for years with an adjoined Victorian mansion as the HFIM house.

But, dated and time for all the millenials to move out and it was remodeled and sold to my (Barbie Ken and Chelsea) as a single family home.

Home was extended forward by 8" adding a great room to the main floor, and the second floor. The third floor patio became a closet and office area. The elevator is still in there, really not visible. Second floor sitting room, Chelseas room with moveable wall/doors and bathroom. Townhouse remodel is on my blog in all its stages of reno.. here:
