Maybe this has happened before but if it has, I can't remember when.

The Odile-faced Fantastic Realms Fortuna doll, which was a fan vote winner, is being recalled before it even gets to production due to collector complaints and probably low pre-orders.

Since she's a made-to-order doll, if you have ordered her, your money will be refunded while she is redesigned.
