Most of this news comes either via Mattel Creations/Club 59/Fang Club or Strange Doll on Facebook.

First up, the second in the Fashion Frontier series debuts soon. Using the Nichelle sculpt, she will debut on November 20 at 12:00 noon Eastern / 9:00am Pacific. I am not a fan of this series, but to those who are, congratulations on getting a second doll!

Debuting in fall of 2026 will be the new muscular MTM body. It will first appear on the Ilona Maher doll. Maher, born in Burlington, VT, won bronze with the United States in rugby sevens at the 2024 Paris Olympics. She has also appeared on Dancing with the Stars and currently plays professional rugby in England.

Finally, on December 4th at 12:00 noon Eastern / 9:00am Pacific, Monster High will return to movie-themed releases. This time launching an MH version of Edward Scissorhands to commemorate the movie's 35th anniversary. Of all the news released today, this is the one that excites me the most. Now if only at some point we would see a Jareth and Sara set from Labyrinth. January 2026 marks the 40th anniversary and it will be returning to theaters for a limited time. No time like then, eh, Mattel?

In the mean time, Edward looks to be one I'll add to my collection.
