When I was young, my aunt Helen made me three couches for Barbie. The base was an empty Kleenex box. I think it was then covered with foam rubber and upholstery. Two were stored in my basement and didn't survive, which saddened me. I forgot about the third, which turned up a few days ago in a box of misc. Barbie furniture. I was so happy to see it and will protect it from now on. First picture is Living Barbie on the now-gone green couch at Aunt Helen's when she gave it to me; bottom is the couch I just found, looking pretty good for 55 years old.
