She is a 2025 Grant-A-Wish Barbie, I believe she was a table gift. I bought her last Sunday at the Central Penn Doll show in Lebanon, PA from one of my favorite vendors. I was so happy to get her since I have never been able to attend a Grant-A-Wish convention.
