The Pink & Pretty luncheon was sponsored by Mattel. They didn't give a doll this year, just a Peaches & Cream mug that was available on the Mattel Creations website. The whole thing was odd because it promoted the Peaches & Cream repro but was called "Pink & Pretty." There was a massive disconnect between themes and reality this year.
The centerpiece doll is a Black Barbie anniversary doll dressed in a Magia 2000 designed dress. All conventioneers received the dress.
My table was the one with the blonde ponytail in black and the clothing rack.
