I've been searching for a brunette early Barbie from 1959-say 65...especially a bubblecut--and had no luck because of green ear and I'm cheap. I finally settled on this repro--(damaged box) that was a steal

What's with the 1/3" gap between my feet and the stand?????
Is this normal, since I rarely buy box dolls I was disappointed with the stand being the wrong size.???
