Sort of. She's a repro so she kind of counts.
This black and gold version of Solo in the Spotlight was the official convention doll of the 1994 Australian Barbie Convention (or ABC). Any Aussie convention doll is so hard to get here in the US. I'm just thrilled I could add her to my collection!
