Not exactly an OOAK, but lovely just the same in her custom fashion.

I bought this lady from a friend who was selling off a lot of Nancy Parsons' collection. She is the former president of the Western PA Doll Club who hosted several conventions. She's retiring to Michigan with her brother and is downsizing. I've purchased several of her dolls before but I left this one behind at the Queen City show last August. When she was still there this year, I knew she had to come home with me.
