Good Sunday afternoon, everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Margie and I are both aware of the issues surrounding Boardhost. Unfortunately, this is an old system and we have no real idea who is "behind the curtain" at Boardhost, so to speak.

Between my husband Ed and I, we suspect that this site and others still operational are running on an ancient server stuffed in some guys closet. Okay. Maybe it's not that but it's likely still an ancient system.

If Boardhost is not keeping up with their SSL (secure socket layer) certificates and other upgrades, the site may be unreachable or un-useable. The same is true for the image uploader. We are completely dependent on both Boardhost and Imgbb for large sections of our board and its functionality.

I have messages in to both entities but have yet to hear back. I have sent a list to both of them of documented problems but until I hear something back, my hands are tied.

To that end, I have plans in place that will allow us to move the board to a completely independent site if that becomes necessary. I hope it doesn't and I will keep everyone updated.

In the meantime, please just bear with us and I try to get these issues resolved. I can't promise I'll be able to do so, but just know that I'm working on it.
