Good morning, everyone!
After collecting suggestions and discussing things with Margie, we've come up with the proposed list of changes for the board.
Again, we want your feedback. These aren't completely radical changes but small tweaks to keep us moving forward. We also realize that we won't be able to please everyone and for those who don't like the changes or don't even like the concept, we apologize in advance. We're doing what we feel is necessary to save the board and keep Joanne's creation alive.
That said, here's the list....
ITP Revision Plan
- Every other week, Blue Monday becomes “Color X” Monday. Color variations would be announced at the end of each month for the next month. Could be purple/green/yellow/etc.
- Silkie & Repro Tuesday (any repros are eligible)
- Structures and Scenes Wednesday (any and all Mattel dolls – can be a friend or a single Barbie that doesn’t fall into any other day in a setting)
- Early Eras Thursday (any Barbie or friend from vintage through Superstar)
- Pink Friday (nothing changes here)
- Anything Goes Weekends (as long as it’s made by Mattel, post away for two days!)
- Theme months. We could have one or two themes per month to give everyone a chance to participate.
- Question of the Week. Though we wouldn’t do this unless we had a good supply of them. I think we still have the old ones somewhere.
- News Bites: I’ll likely continue to do this even though others are welcome to post any news they hear as well.
- The words "founded by Joanne Faulkner" added to the header here it says "a Barbie collector site."
