An important caveat to using Removezit is not to use it on plastics other than vinyl. Some of the harder bodies may "melt" with application. You will need to test it first on an inconspicuous part of the doll if you aren't sure what type of plastic you have.
My suggestion instead for cleaning your doll's arms is go to a beauty supply shop and buy a bottle of developer cream - volume 40 strength is usually okay but you can try volume 30 which isn't as strong. Apply to arms and put your doll's body in a warm, sunny location. You should see decent results a little quicker than zit cream but not as quick as Removezit. Apply, remove, apply, repeat until the job is done.
Then be careful how you store your doll's - they can get stains just by being in contact with another doll wearing dark items. Good luck.
