Hello Doll eBay experts. I know this is not directly doll-related, and I'm sorry for that. I got in touch with eBay about this issue, but I'm still finding the problem is not resolved. You see, I cancelled an auction that was for USA bidding only, and an international bidder won the auction and paid immediately. I subsequently cancelled the auction and refunded the buyer all $510, but eBay still charged me the $64.plus change fee. My question is, does eBay refund the fees or do they still charge sellers the fees. I got absolutely nowhere with the eBay rep but eventually, he said eBay would refund the fee. Now I see looking at my statement, they still charged me 2 fees from 2 cancellations. Over $100 in fees. I'm going to quit eBay if this is common practice. Thank you for your help!
