In The Pink

So I have been on the hunt for another AG for over a year. I have my childhood blond, but I just had a yen for another one. I have been watching Ebay etc. I purchased a really nice AG head, and was going to reroot it, but I just couldn't decide whether I wanted a redhead or a brunette. I was cruising Facebook Marketplace last Sat. looking for garage sales, and I always look for Barbie at the same time. I spotted a lot of vintage dolls that included a Skipper, a Penny Brite, an Ideal Doty, the Sleeping Biddle I posted yesterday, and this:
Plus there were some nice Pepper clothes, a Calamity Jiddle in sad shape, and some other misc. clothes in an old Skipper case. OK, hold on to your hats. $30.00!!!!! I had to drive to Denver, which ended up being about a 3 hour trip, but I think she might have been worth it! LOL I already sold one of the Pepper outfits on Etsy for $30.00 so at this point I am at a break even point, and I am planning on selling the Skipper, Doty, and some of the clothes, so essentially someone paid me to take her home. LOL Here is a full shot of her:
Sporting a Tammy camera and bag I got a few weeks ago. Why did they make Barbie's camera one she has to hold. The Tammy one is so much cuter. Lucky I don't do Tammy, so there is no one here to tell Babs to give it back. LOL
I didn't even have to do anything to her, other than a bath, and her eyelash ridges needed a tiny touch up. There are a couple of very small bite marks on one ankle and her thumb, but they are tiny, and I don't care!
Anyway, now I guess the head will be a brunette when I get a chance, and in the mean time, I am going to sit around and stare at this beauty!
