So far, I've got a fair amount of on-line photo-cartoons, but I was wondering if hard-copy book illustration using dioramas could be easily/legally done.
If it is online, a lot of people use dolls/action figures for their stories and most of the time what I see, if any, is a disclaimer about the author not having any affiliation with the doll maker.
Also, some magazines - not in circulation anymore- used to have short stories with dolls.
Sorry I have no legal advice for you. Hopefully someone around has some knowledge to share.
