She's wearing an outfit by Eaki (eBay), hat by gregory775 (eBay), repro necklace by Dolly Delights, gloves by Daughter Who Sews (eBay), and a "Midge Flip" aka "Marlo" wig by Charles Josef (purchased long ago). I replaced the ribbon on her hat with vintage matched to the watermelon pink of the outfit and the shoes are some from a later Barbie (maybe Superstar?) that I had to heat-up to put on, but the color was a match so I wanted to use them even though they are a very tight fit.
