Since I privately host my website and don't use a photo service, it currently doesn't have an SSL (secure socket layer) certificate that is compatible with the newest updates to Chrome. I am not certain about Firefox or Opera, but it is possible they are affected as well. At the moment, the latest version of Chrome is only displaying images from secure sites unless you toggle the switch back like Kathy suggested yesterday.
So I will have to either completely rebuild the server (Quark) where the website lives so that the images display without toggling the switch and make it current SSL compliant, or move it to another server that Ed and I use (Nog) that already has the SSL certificate. This will take some time and is not an overnight fix, unfortunately.
If there is a toggle button on the mobile version of Chrome, I have yet to find it. So unfortunately, if you are using Chrome on something other than a desktop, I don't know of a fix.
I am committed to fixing the image issue by working to update and change my server. However, it just might not happen overnight. Thanks for your understanding.
