Then back around 1970 I was doing some recording at my friend Dennis Dragon's house and he was living with McGuinn. Really nice guy. But that was the only time I saw him. What was your initial impression of 'Surrealistic Pillow'?Were you increasingly more and more impressed with the Byrds all the way up to their country rock interpretations?I know you've stated in the past you held not so much regard towards the Byrds' then recent C&W inclinations....
