To be honest, I think SAC was a bit too involved for what they had in mind....six members, two drum sets, vibes, two guitars, three keyboard set up and bass. Plus four vocalists, flute and mics for percussion - two sets of bongos and other things. All this and we have our own light show. So budget was the other factor. Not to mention accommodations and travel.
