Thank you Guruv1, someone with a practical answer.
G1's diagram shows an E7#9 (the 7 on the diagram means the 7th fret) You will want to play it on the 6th fret.
Remember it needs to be an Eb7#9 (E flat7 sharp9)
Here are some hints to make sure you play it correctly.
Look at the diagram that G1 linked to but, be sure to move it down one half step (one fret) and make sure you do not play the 6th and 1st strings (the open strings)
There you go. The World's on Fire and so are your fingers. Feel the burn.
