I will always be thankful to you for reintroducing me to the absolute pleasure of fishing the swamp. It was a few years back after an absence of more than thirty years not fishing the swamp, that you invited me on a trip to the Buzzard Roost lake at Suwanee Canal. That one trip reawakened in me a passion for fishing the ole Okefenokee. For the preceding thirty plus years I had primarily focused on saltwater fishing but that one trip made a change in me. Freshwater fishing (and especially in the swamp) again became a part of my life. It was then that I learned about your log book. I liked the idea and started one myself. Just last week I was browsing trough it reminiscing about wonderful past times spent enjoying the freshwater fishing in good ole South Georgia. My broken back has been an impediment for some time now but that's about to be put aside as I go to the swamp to "wet some hooks" while trying to "stick a few".
