The two men worked together twice, in The Tudors and DS, and they seemed to get on very well together. 
Although Sam does seem to get a bit tired of Jeremy's goofing around in that one scene from The Tudors blooper reel. You might remember the jousting scene from Season 1, where our guy takes the director's instruction a little too much to heart. 
Especially at 2 minutes in you can see Sam's kinda done with Jeremy's shenanigans. 
Our guy is such a goofball!
