To your comments, I would add praise for Don McGlashan's film score, beautifully played by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. It is my next-favorite JN film score, after Possession.
I reviewed the film on Amazon, as ordering the DVD online was the only way I could obtain it in the US. It seems to have been released here only in a film festival and there isn't even a DVD in USA format. I had to get an all-region DVD player to watch it.
