Also, Big Yerry away at Wolves in the penultimate game of the season. 100th minute and last kick of the match. Still needed a result but kept the wolf from the door.

I always feel like that one rightly gets a fair bit of mention, i genuinely can’t recall this match at all and never hear anyone talking about any of it 😂

In the end, yes, but at the time, with one game left it put us in a much better situation. I remember coming out of the ground, Wolves were doing a lap of “appreciation “ so it was just Evertonians everywhere going mad after the match.

Yeah the walk back to the station was tremendous, Evertonians everywhere celebrating. Then didn’t Forest win the evening kick off, remember a sinking feeling on the train. And then the joy of meeting departing Kopites at lime street and giving them loads.

Good day, that.

Calm down, Nosferatu!

The ground was shaking when that went in 😂.

Think there was maybe 1 minute left and it was an insane noise just as Leicester kicked off (confirmed no VAR shenanigans etc).

Would have been some scenes if we'd scored another.

I remember it taking an age to go in

I’ll go for Bakayokos winner at Blackburn - one of the biggest Everton away supports I’ve seen that night

The most under the radar huge goal in our history is Keane v Palace. What a fucking cool as fuck that goal is.

Calm down, Nosferatu!

Aye, Dcl goal understandably is the most memorable but the Keane one was arguably more important, early goal second half and the crowd is lifted massively and it kicks off in a good way. Another ten minutes without scoring and despair would have set in and we’d have been down.

I was in the Top Balcony with my two grandsons, took them back to the car when it felt like we were never gonna score....equaliser went in whilst we were on the escalator coming down.

Couldn't remember which street I'd parked the car in either.... Strangely enough they've never been the match with me since.
