Slightly less annoying than caravans but only slightly.

Neat and tidy at the start of a trip.
A bomb site when I get home.

Still got a dirty pan and dishes from when I got home on Saturday that I’ve not washed yet. Unfortunately the van starts to resemble my old flat from my single days until the Mrs goes and cleans the inside

Please post this in a few years when I finally own my own VW campervan.

I will keep my van in a pristine, very well ordered condition.

I can conform this.

Our VW camper is currently resembling a landfill site.

Me and my Mrs did John o' groats to lands end just after lockdown and we had tons of shite in the van, awnings, chairs, portabog etc. We were on a campsite full of lunatics in some sh1thole in scotland and just stayed in the van. It was chaos with all the shite. Drove from Merseyside to Biarritz last year all we took was a little foldaway table with chairs attached and a couple of camping chairs. It was fantastic. LSS if your travelling each day travel light.

I've just ordered a new one. Campervanning is superb. I've had a few weekends in wales, i could drive home in 40 minutes and be in my own bed but just being somewhere different and self contained is ace. Met some good people, some absolute lunatics and had loads of real good laughs. I plan to do a hell of a lot of it in retirement. Anywhere you'd recommend?

Me mate just spent three weeks travelling through Europe in his VW. Belgium, Germany, Austria, Croatia. It looked and sounded incredible.

I sleep in a Honda Jazz when away for work, lay flat, little mattress and pillow, curtains around the sides and back. Works for me as 170 mile commute daily would be way too much!!

Tend to know where things are by category rather than specifically. Although stuff can end up buried under other stuff after a while.
