Seeing as we're having pie in the sky demands: every Barclays ground to have a small private lounge for the exclusive purpose of B.Wooster being sexually molested by a soaped-up Hayley Attwell at half-time.

Id have 22 teams
1 live PL game permitted a week
Get rid of VAR
A ban on agents
Only 100m can be spent each year on transfers.

Scrap that thing that makes selling home grown players more of a financial gain than selling someone else. Properly horrible that and why our gobshite owners nearly saw Armstrong out the door to fucking forest.

Squad cap of 22, with home grown academy players not included in that total unless they are over 24 years old. Having two first 11s plus some kids is plenty.

Make the rules less subjective. If it touches your hand it’s a hand ball, intentional or not. Some tit watching a video shouldn’t be deciding someone’s intention, they aren’t a psychologist. Same with offside and interfering with play. It’s either offside or not. The fact 3 of the 5 on the panel thought Johnson had an impact on the keeper which meant he couldn’t save Barry’s goal is alarming. The fact that West Ham lad punched the ball out against us last season and they said it wasn’t intentional is alarming. The rules can’t allow for that level of subjectivity with such braindead biased and incompetent refs, so make it easier for them. Same with offside, bring back daylight. It’s not an advantage if your ballsack is 1cm ahead, the offside rule was brought in to stop unfair advantage of goal lurking.

Team captain gets to make 1 var request per half if something happens they think should be reviewed that the officials have missed. Both captains go over to the screen with the ref to watch it. Would stop them over in seconds whitewash checks that always happen to us.

Use technology to calculate time added on accurately rather than the completely random the shite are a goal ahead so it’s 2 minutes, they are level and want a winner so it’s 8 minutes approach that goes on now.

No individual salary cap, but a total salary cap for the squad. That way if you want to play a superstar 400k a week fine, but you might feel it elsewhere in your team.

One town/city, one club (London can have two), the club being the oldest professional club founded; so bye-bye RS, City, Chelsea, Arsenal.

Boot the snake six out

Boot the snake six arse licker refs out

Stick masters in a stock and lob rotten fruit at the cunt

More Saturday 3pm kick offs 👍🏻

VAR can fook an'all

Would start by calling it the First Decision again and voiding all past winners of the Premier League.

Therefore going back to using football in its long established entirety when discussing records etc
rather than pundits, kids et al referring solely to the Premier League / Sky years as though that was when football was invented.

If they want to ban cheats and corruption, this is when it started in earnest.

Winners get champ league
Runners up get waffa or whatever
Fa cup winners get champ league
League cup get waffa or whatever

Everyone else gets sweet fuck all.

Bring back cup replays
Get rid of var
Clear and obvious offside..none of this toe or ponytail bollocks

Kick out the snide six, cap the salaries so all clubs have the same amount to spread amongst their team, make it a maximum of three non-UK players, make each club have a minimum of 50% season ticket holders, reduce ticket prices, ban ex-redshite from commentating, make winning the league more important than qualifying for Europe, reduce Champions League places to only the Champions, make all games Saturday kick-off at 3, apart from one game on a Sunday to be shown on ITV, only replays on MOTD, bring back terraces, bring back pay on the gate, every team must play at 3 pm on Boxing Day, comentators must include stats before the PL, no offside, give 1 point for winning at half time, 1 point for the 2nd half annd 1 point point for the overall score, allow drinking at your seat, drug test every player after every game, ban the redshite, ban Sky Sports, clubs only have two kits which the keep for there seasons, kick out the redshite.

Get rid of relegation 12 teams play each other 3 times.
Half hour hydration breaks with a band on for a boogie.
VAR for offside only
Lose by 5 goals lose a pt
Win by 3 goal margin get 4pts
High score draw 2pts
0-0 no pts

It can't be restructured- as we well know from our experiences it's fundamentally corrupt.

disband it. go back to 4 football leagues. clubs can spend what they want as long as they remain in the black.

restrictions on televised matches most matches 3 pm Saturdays and NO VAR.

Clubs can spend what they want, unless they're in debt (i.e Man Utd £1 billion debt). In which case, you can't spend a penny unless the debt is paid off.

I posted pretty similar to your second point earlier.

- Salary cap for a squad of 25.
- Youth squad of up to 20.
- Have a proper reserve league.
- Players become free agents if not selected for the first team (or play a certain level of minutes) for 2 years - and loans to other clubs don't count. (Massive clubs hoarding players and loaning them out all the time gets on my tits).
- Agents fees reduced to nominal amounts.
- Clubs must operate in the black (just like Bundesliga teams have to) - things like new stadium builds don't count...
- Even better - clubs place the following years funds in escrow to ensure that they won't fold.

In the 23 seasons to the start of the PL, 23 clubs finished in the top 5 with only the RS being in the top 5 on more than 12 occasions. Over the last 23 years, only 10 clubs have got into the top 5 with 5 clubs doing it at least 17 times. A good indicator of the lack of competition.
To restore competition I would:-
Restore the pre-PL rule that home clubs give the away club 20% gate money and a further 4% goes to EFL.
No club should feature in live broadcasts more than say 2.5 times more than any other club. So, if say Hull feature in 8 live broadcasts, Man Utd / RS / Arse can feature no more than 20 times.
Reduce the number of subs allowed to no more than 2 from 5
Reduce squad size to 24 excluding U21 players
No transfers of any player up to age 21
Maximum number of players aged 18-21 set at 15
No more than 5 under 21s allowed out on loan
The restoration of a proper reserve league, which admittedly would not necessarily make the league more competitive but would raise the standard of youngsters coming through. The league would have no more than 6 U21s allowed per team in any game to ensure the best youngsters play competitive games against fully grown men.

I have thought none of this through

Clubs and their whole fan base to be made to apologise for past behaviour to the fans of the wronged club.

Any club who has thrown pensioners on the streets in order to build big stands should be hit with a 10 point deduction for each person lashed on the street.

Spitty to be put in stocks in church street every Friday with 3 skips full of rotten fruit and phlegm for all and sundry to throw at him

Same transfer budget for everyone, say £150 million over the two windows. No more than 5 players allowed out on loan and only 3 allowed in on loan, games on a Friday night instead of a Monday.

Promoted teams are exempt from relegation for a season.

everyone should have the same budget for wages, that’s really the only financial control they need.

Maybe not

Champions league money to only be used to fund additional squad players for the champions league.

No idea how that would work but I like the principle of it

The main thing for me is to bring in this anchoring system that they had the chance to do when the new squad cost ratio rules came in this season.

This was just a mechanism whereby, irrespective of what your turnover was or how much money your owners had, you could only spend a multiple of the turnover of the lowest-performing club, so in effect one of the promoted teams.

That basically levels the playing field because you haven't got teams at the top who are pulling in £700 million because they're in the Champions League every year being able to spend a fortune.

1 Permanently exclude Liverpool FC

Restructure is complete.

2 subs max from a bench of 5. This alone would distribute players across the leagues.
