Estate Agent recommendations

Anyone?

Any horror stories?

I'm not paying a high street estate agent, we're looking at hybrid, or fully online. I'm happy to do the viewings myself.

Oh and I'm not Dan Friedkin, before anyone asks.

We're selling the late ma-in-laws property on the Wirral and we're using Clive Watkin. Been superb thus far

The wife says it was a flat fee of somewhere around £1900
