I don't understand how seeding them,so they can't play against each other avoids "scheduling issues"
Surely by allowing them to play against each other helps scheduling as it means some of them will be knocked out earlier.Just seems like yet another way of helping the Snidey 6 etc.

We'll give you loads of money so as to help you qualify for the CL again next year.

Then, so as to also help you qualify for the CL again next year we'll make life easier so you don't have to play in the league cup early rounds (we binned replays and 2 legged first round league cup games off years ago) we'll let you in later on with a bye though, even though you have massive squads and will comfortably get to the quarter final using a second XI.

Then, so as to help you qualify for the CL again next year, we'll also change the FA Cup so as there are no replays, thus cutting the fixture pile up for the CL teams (and cutting the likelihood of the smaller teams getting a double big payday in the process) even though you have massive squads and will comfortably get to the quarter final using a second XI.

Then, so as to help you qualify for the CL again next year, we'll also ask the less well off PL teams, to change their fixtures from Saturday 3pm, in order to allow the CL teams (with their massive squads) more time to prepare...

Fucking hell.

Why not go the whole hog and just give oldham a bye until they are drawn against the shite.

Pretty sure it was same last year.

Skip a round then be seeded as well. Nice work if you can get it.

It did happen last year, yes
