Was sat on a bench outside the carters when a roar went up.
One of the lads said ‘bet it was a penalty or an own goal’.
One of the RS, who wasn’t watching it because they were getting beat called him ‘bitter’ for saying it.
Turns out it was a pen.
If anything could encapsulate them in one moment,it was that.

From a footballing point of view I've utterly lost interest in the bastards....it's just that every single one of us knows at least a dozen of them who you just know is a non match going, smug, arrogant slimey twat when the ball comes out, and you just can't stand them catching a break every time, like they've just done again today.

Throw them all in the fucking Mersey!

To be fair, I’ve a couple of RS mates who go the game, home and away.
They hate us , which is fine, but you can actually have a conversation with them about football.
It’s the pub, telly clapping,, shirt wearing ‘supporters’ that are fucking hard work.
Unfortunately, that describes most of their fanbase.
