Loads still saying "it's been a brilliant summer" etc too - feels pretty hopeless that people have made this stuff, which is basic science, a culture war issue. It automatically creates an incredibly stupid 'both sides' issue when everyone should be united in agreement on the basic truth at the very least. Impossible to see how anything is addressed, as it stands.

I actually well agree with the potential banning of "disposable" BBQs. It is actually cheaper to buy a safe small portable one and use charcoal in an easy to light back or small long burning logs than it is to buy disposables over and over again, anyway.
And they deliver shit cooked meat.
