I've not seen it, but I bet the words 'contact was made' and 'he has a right to go down there' were used by the horrible qunt.

I loathe that man with a passion and single-handedly blame him for the ridiculous amount of penalty shout nonsense in the game today.

I thought I was watching a different clip when he said he definitely catches his ankle, yet the more it was played the clearer the gap was. His brain engages one thought, and off he goes with it. He's such a bell end.

They made utter fools of themselves there those two.

As the ref came away from the screen and said NO PENALTY they were telling millions of viewers the exact opposite because that's what they ASSUMED he was going to do.

This is very much not what a commentator is meant to do. It's a golden rule they've smashed to bits because they got excited between themselves and spoke to Darren (I've got loads of top refs blowing up my phone) Cann. Very embarrassing.

Shearer is doing my nut in. Just like a old fella in a pub. Him trying to explain how mbappe should have let the ball run. He didn't even notice that it was mbappes outside foot trying to flick it because he'd got ahead of the ball.

Think they showed the wrong angle, contact wasn’t the tackling foot was the other one.

30 years ago the striker doesn't leave his foot to be caught by the keeper. They hurdle them.

All day long
Is it an English ref on VAR ?
Must have thought it was Everton
